Sales options and construction schedule

In view of providing maximum convenience for our customers and flexibility in their planning of the investment, we offer two different advantageous payment plans:

PLAN  A – Standard
15 % - Upon signing the preliminary contract  (up to 21 day after the reservation of the apartment)
25% - After completion of rough construction and roof(but not later than 30.10. 2006 )
30% - After completion of plasterwork and installations (but not later than 30.03.2007)
30% - Upon transfer of property ownership (but not later than 30.06.2007 )

Plan À suggests a lower initial payment. The bulk of the amount has to be paid in  the finalizing stages of the construction and upon the transfer of property ownership.


PLAN  B –  5 % Discount
50% - Upon signing the preliminary contract  (up to 21 day after the reservation of the apartment)
30% - After completion of rough construction and roof (but not later than 30.10.2006)
20% - Upon transfer of property ownership (but not later than 30.06.2007 )

Under both sales options a deposit for reservation of the property is to be paid amounting to EUR 1000/ GBP 700. The deposit is then subtracted from the amount of the first payment (upon signing the preliminary contract).

All prices include VAT.

The deals are signed at the real price!

The client is free to choose between free hold and leave hold property.
