The Apartments

Paradise Bay Apartments and Hotel consists of three separate buildings: two residential apartment buildings, named SunDance(3 floors) and GentleWave (4 floors), and a hotel-and-restaurant complex. To give more privacy to the residents, we have designed the buildings with several entrances: SunDance house has 2 separate entrances (A and B), while GentleWave house has 4 (C, D, E and F).

The total number of the apartments in both buildingd is  51, 11 of which are – studios, 27 one bedroom apartments 13 – two bedroom apartments. Two of the two bedroom apartments are penthouses.The properties are handed fully completed and furnished. Almost all apartments have terraces with panoramic view to the sea and the Paradise Bay.
