Build Invest Group is a Bulgarian property developing and investment company, which is engaged in building luxury holiday residential areas, situated in picturesque natural environment in attractive places in Bulgaria.

Previous Projects
In 2005 the company put into operation three holiday residential areas in the Black Sea resort town of Sozopol under the collective trade mark of Ahinora– Lyulin, Zora and Sunrise with a total of 100 apartments, 90% of which are already owned by foreign citizens. We take pride in having a considerable number of loyal and satisfied customers who have purchased apartments in more than one residential complex.

Current Projects
Currently, apart from Rayski Zaliv Holiday Residential Complex, we are building a new project on the Southern Black Sea Coast, Sozopol - Blue Eden, in the area of Budjaka, situated on the seafront above a picturesque sea cove with a private beach. This year we have started our first mountain resort development Evridika Hills Apartments & SPA, situated at one of the ski-runs of the ski resort of Pamporovo (the Rhodoppe Mountains). It will consist of 70 attractive apartments with excellent rental return for our customers.
